2019 Neighborhood Permit Parking Zones Changes GIS Data

This map layer represents updates to the enforcement areas (zones) for the City of Bloomington residential neighborhood permit parking program that go into effect August 15, 2019. The City's Municipal Code defines qualifications and regulations for the zones.Ordinance 2018-11 contains these changes.
